True To Self Beauty is a US-based company that delivers to all 48 states in the continental US. We are working on expanding our reach to serve more customers.

To ensure the highest quality, our products are made fresh every day. Please allow us 3-5 business days to ship all products. However, for our Soaps and Parfums that are in stock, we can ship them out within 1-3 business days.
 
Please note that if the seller is not at fault, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We strive to provide the best service possible and appreciate your understanding.

Our "Love Your Skin" Guarantee

At True To Self Beauty, we craft our products in small batches with high-quality ingredients. Because our products are personal care items, we do not accept physical returns of opened or used products. This ensures the highest level of hygiene and safety for all our customers.

However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your routine. If something isn’t right, here is how we handle it:

1. Damaged or Defective Items - If your order arrives leaking, broken, or damaged during transit, we’ve got you covered.
  • Action: Please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Requirement: Include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging.
  • Resolution: We will ship a fresh replacement to you immediately at no extra cost. No need to mail the damaged item back.

2. Our "Perfect Match" Promise (Soaps & Beard Oils Only) - Finding your signature scent can be a journey, and we want you to enjoy the ride! If your first choice wasn't "the one," we’re here to help you find your true soulmate.
How it Works:
  • "Share the Love": If you don't love your scent, don’t send it back! We ask that you gift the item to a friend or family member who might enjoy it instead.
  • Our Gift to You: Simply contact us with your feedback within 7 days of delivery. We will issue you a one-time 50% Store Credit so you can try a different scent or product from our collection.
The Fine Print:
  • Final Sale: Please note that all Cologne and Perfume sales are final.
  • Eligibility: This offer is a one-time gift per customer and applies to your first order only.
  • Exclusions: This credit cannot be combined with other promotions or applied to previous purchases.

3. Face, Cuticle & Lip Care - For our specialty items like Face Oil, Cuticle Oil, and Lip Balms, we want to ensure they work for your skin type.
  • Trial Period: We ask that you try these products for at least 14 days to allow your skin to adjust to the natural ingredients.
  • Resolution: If you are still unsatisfied after the trial period, reach out to us. We will provide a one-time Store Credit for the value of the item to use on a future restock or new product launch.
*Please Note -  Store credits are issued for the purchase price of the product only. Original shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable and are not included in the credit amount.

Why we do this:
  1. Sustainability: Shipping a used product back just to throw it in the trash creates an unnecessary carbon footprint.
  2. Hygiene: We will never resell a product that has been handled by another customer.
